Roll Form Moulded Ramp Matting
A moulded heavy duty ramp matting supplied to cattle and horse lorry manufacturers. 2.1m wide x 10m rolls 6mm thick + integral moulded bars at 25mm square across mat width. Includes a high-strength fabric reinforcement to reduce stretch and offer extra strength.

Roll form ramp mat produced in moulded form - 6mm base mat (ribbed) with high strength Nylonb reinforcement for added strength and non-stretch. 25mm square integral moulded bars across the roll width at regular intervals down the roll.
Fixing - mats can be fixed with adhesive and screw or bolt anchors through the cross bars (material can be drilled and countersunk - addition of metal washers at the bottom of each countersunk hole is advised).
Material averages 10.8kg per sqmt and is also offered cut to standard ramp sizes (back, side and jockey/groom ramps) - please refer to moulded ramp sheet prices for smaller sheets.
