“What delivery charge will I pay?”
Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on your postcode and order weight and are shown in the basket before checkout.
What3Words is very helpful! Especially for delivery to livery yards and stables.

Can the lorry access my property?
Please tell us before ordering if you have:
- Narrow entrances

- Restricted access requiring a 7.5 tonne vehicle
Failure to notify us may result in failed delivery charges.
Do I need unloading equipment?
Up to 1 tonne pallets
- Usually unloaded via tail lift and pallet truck onto hard standing.
Heavier pallets
- Forklift, telehandler or other mechanical assistance may be required.
- Or more than 1 pallet. Phone us if this is the case.

Where access allows, drivers may move pallets onto:
- Concrete
- Tarmac
- Block paving
Drivers will not:
- Move mats into buildings
- Unload onto grass, gravel or mud.
- Manually unload mats from pallets
Next Day Small Parcel deliveries
We use APC for parcels up to a maximum of 30kgs. Some EVA sheets, weighing up to 40kg per parcel, can be shipped flat via DX. A signature is required for each delivery unless you are prepared to accept responsibility for any goods left, in which case a signed note is normally required for goods to be left in your absence.
Collections
You are welcome to collect in person, or arrange collection by your own transport from our stores at Bulmer – just outside Sudbury, Suffolk / Essex border – feel free to ring for directions, collection times. We are open for collections Monday to Thursday 0830 – 1700, Friday we close at 14:30. But in the winter we recommend you try and come in daylight.
Stock Levels
While we try to ensure the stated stock levels shown on the web are correct, we may at times have incorrect figures shown, especially for low-level stock items. In the event you order an item showing as ‘in stock’ on day of order, but in fact when we come to pick stock it is unavailable, we will contact you within 1 working day to advise the soonest delivery of replacement stock.
BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS
Our carriers do their best to deliver in bad weather conditions. When it is impossible or unsafe, carriers will postpone until it is safe to do so. We will be unable to credit carriage charges for goods that are late due to poor weather.
Cancellation by the Purchaser
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale concerning cancellation charges should you wish to cancel after ordering with us (this includes cancellation following late delivery due to poor weather conditions).
