The 22mm Newbury floor grade EVA mat is a fantastic options for horseboxes and trailers.
These mats are 184cm (6ft) x 122cm (4ft) x 22mm thick with an average weight of 10kg.
Description
The New 22mm Newbury EVA floor grade mat is a fantastic alternative mat for horseboxes and trailers. When the 7mm lightweight Trailer mat isn’t suitable; the Newbury mat comes into its own.
Made from EVA it is a super lightweight. It is a versatile mat, easy to move and wash out regularly, making it a great option for horse transport.
Applications it can be used for:
- Temporary stables
- Horseboxes and trailers
- Heavy Duty Wall matting
Each mat measures 6ft x 4ft overall x 22mmthick and weighs just 10kg.
The material is hard-wearing and designed for use in horseboxes, temporary stables and cow parlours and offers good heat insulation from cold floors. It is also non-porous and will not absorb moisture, and being light-weight is easily moved for cleaning purposes – unlike solid rubber mats where it is often a two-person job to move mats!
Although “floor grade” this mat is only really suitable for horseboxes and trailers and LIGHT duty. They can make a good temporary surface for your horse to stand on, but we wouldn’t recommend this mat for long-term use in stables.
