35ft Horse walker matting

35ft Horse walker matting produced from our firm grade Bubbletop mat to suit your walker.  The “Ascot” mat is 70°shore hardness and has proved to last much longer than the traditional high density crumb tiles.

Specifically cut to your horse walker dimensions.  We will ask you to double check the measurements and to approve the CAD drawing before we start production. We can email you instructions on how to measure your walker or talk you through this.

The fitting of these mats is very easy and much quicker than other products. Each section drops into place, locking together the dovetailed pieces on each side of the mats.

We do not recommend road studs or nails on exercisers or the mats.  These will seriously reduce the life of the mat, this type of foot-wear will also wear through concrete quickly! Rubber floors are also not recommended for animals moving faster than walking pace.

We have supplied solid rubber horse walker mats now for almost 20 years and they have proven to be more popular than alternative surfaces, outwearing crumb rubber tiles and wet-pour surfaces. Our mats have also successfully been turned over after several years wear – and been given a new lease of life !

Need more Wear?

If you are a commercial yard or a very busy with 10+ horses on the walker everyday you may consider the 22mm thick option. being an additional 5mm thicker it gives you the extra wear that will give the walker the lifetime you are after.

This size walker is supplied as 28 identical bespoke dovetail-cut mats, delivered on one 6ft x 4ft pallet and as a DIY job, should take 2 people no longer than 2/6 hours to fit.
